They say a percentage of every dollar we spend as a city building something functional is spent making something interesting to look at. Tho usually it just drives the too-practical folks nuts to see public art and ask “how much did that cost!?” on the radio rather than just enjoying strange and unusual artsy things.

Mysterious bubbles have appeared in the #downtown. These turned out to be a #publicart installation for another #edmonton #festival called Spark, and lots of fun to wander around at #lunchtime.
